Well they're both 500 hp, 6 cylinder turbo, awd cars with luxury being a key feature and they're both just under 200 grand so they are kinda comparable...

Porsche hands-down. I know you can take the GTR to AMS and have them tune it to 2000 hp...but I don't care. The Turbo gets my vote. The new one is an amazing car. It's so much nicer inside than any GTR, even this one. And it's gorgeous.

Every time I point out a GTR to my dad, he just shrugs and says "it's just a fast Nissan, Porsches are better." I can't argue with him on that.

It's the looks that get me. I don't care if the LFA is just a "fast Toyota", I still love it. It looks like a super car. But the GTR is so chunky looking.

That being said it would be a track monster!!!

I love the looks of the LFA, and that sound is just fucking intoxicating. And there's no denying that the GTR is great at the track, but everywhere else it just falls short in my book.

The LFA's revs - good god!

The GTR is like a tuned car to me. There are a lot of cars you can make fast on the track if you spend some money on them. But you don't want to live with them every day.

Exactly. For everyday I'd like to be able to drive a 911 to work being nice and comfortable and bring it to the track without having change much of anything.

I wonder how the GT3 RS will feel on the road.

Probably better than my car since it will have PASM and a longer wheelbase.

I think it would be plenty fast with the interior.

Just get the factory roll bar and you're good to go!

Sunroofs are for old people!! The fact that Porsche offers the factory roll cage is awesome. It should be an option for all of their cars.

The 3 worst things about buying used:

Hard to find some cars with an MT

Very hard to find cars in the color you want

Literally exactly correct in the perfect order. Finding an M3 Coupe in a great color with a 6MT is so exciting until you realize the stupid dumbass first owner ordered it with the sunroof. Why would you get rid of the awesome carbon fiber roof!?!?

There are some cool Cabrio owners on Oppo though so I wouldn't talk down on it.

I get why they get it way more than the sunroof delete. Not everyone tracks their car. An M3 Cabrio would be fun for open air canyon carving.

People should either get the carbon sunroof or the Cabrio. Sunroof doesn't equal spider!

Oh really? Now I feel bad. Every oppo member has the best cars in my opinion. I'll correct my statement: "I'm gonna get a great track coupe for the weekends, but I want to see the sky for no reason! It's not like the roof has anything special on it right?"

I was just driving and saw the worst thing

A stanced E46 M3 coupe that was driving the other way. It was way too low

I wanted to take video but it wouldn't have been safe to try to grab my phone and use it for that.
